|The resurrection of David Laws: a bargaining chip?|

The government is clearly considering resurrecting David Laws - seemingly unconcerned about its hypocrisy. After all, morality is clearly David Cameron's [faux] vehicle for 'justifying' many of the decisions he makes - presumably because he can't martial a convincing argument in support of those decisions.
So why are the Conservatives even considering undeading Laws?
Is the Conservative wing of this government into self-harm, and should a psychiatrist be called? It certainly appears as if the lunatics are running the asylum.
Or is it frantically scrambling for a bargaining chip with the Lib Dems so as to push the constituency boundaries measures through Parliament?
If Laws is capable of effecting de facto changes to the Coalition Agreement then surely the logic is that it is possible to do so. Aren't Conservative ministers sufficiently able to do what is possible? Does one have to be a Lib Dem, in this government, to martial an argument of sufficient weight to bring about the desired changes?
Given the prospect of the failure of Lords Reform, "gay marriage" and the death of the "climate change" scam, my money's on the reincarnation of Laws being a Tory bargaining chip.
